Correct. Therefore, the Equity Interests remained. That's why shares are still trading instead of having been cancelled.

The holders of Allowed Equity Interests in the Debtor shall retain such interests, provided that: (i) all holders of Equity Interests shall have any and all of their Anti-dilution Rights extinguished and cancelled

A condition of keeping those shares and being able to trade them is you lose any Anti-dilution Rights.
