It never said there would be no reverse split, it only mentioned them in the definition of Anti-dilution Right. Then the only other mention of the Anti-dilution Right is when those rights get cancelled.

That article only defines anti-dilution rights. It doesn’t say what such right you have, or even imply that you have any. Since citing the supposed powerful anti-diluting rights themselves would have greatly strengthened your argument, your failure to do so strongly suggests those rights don’t actually exist.
