The truth is that NO ONE other than the company and the lawyers really know what is going on at the moment. Let the OSC do their thing because that is why they are there to begin with. If anyone is going to get the answers in a forcefull way, the OSC will.

Until then no one can say for sure what is going on unless you are an insider. If you still have faith, all you can do IMO is wait a few more days to know where you stand.

Everything said good or bad is pure speculation because the answers are not out yet.
