An accusation by anyone, Court, or No-Court is not valid unless it's proven Beyond A Reasonable Doubt in any criminal case, It's just hot air in an attempt to taint someone's image to fit their narrative.
A prosecutor can indict HAM Sandwich for Armed Robbery or being a Mafia Boss.
They are in the business of telling a narrative True or Not True is Not of Their CONCERN.
They are only concerned is winning a case because that how they get promoted by telling a story that is more believable to the Jury and making the defendant look as bad as they can even if they outright lie or what they call stretch the facts.
