It has been a long time since I installed a patch for Newport...probably back in 2000. I had a look, and I noticed that I have a directory called Newport_Patch_Y2K. If you would like to try it, I'll send it. If it didn't work, I might have another suggestion.

Separately, as a heads up, I noticed in some discussions a while back, for newer Operating Systems, such as XP, you need to fill all 5 spaces when entering ticker symbols in Newport, for example, GSS__(with 2 underscores at the end), instead of GSS, which is the actual ticker symbol.
