and do we know if HSC will still be a part of this venture /what kind of contract do they hold with BIGN?

Royal will want a big chunk of share for helping them with this deal. We will have to see what percentage BIGN will keep with the deal with Royal. They may have to give up a huge part of the income generated from that property.
