HVCW has been sitting at .0001 for at least a year, maybe longer. Nobody understands what's going on within the company and that is why it is considered as a shell company until the company actually issues some type of a statement.
Regardless of my opinion, I'm looking forward to the shares appreciating in value exponentially.
