It’s merely another P&D. It’s not difficult to read the social media sites like Twitter, FB, etc. and see what’s occurring. A penny stock is front-run and then released as a "pick". Then the frenzy kicks in. The p&d typically isn’t sustained, and the stock goes back to where it once was.
