I'm gonna go out on limb here and say my guess for Scotus...


Scotus will lay down some serious smack in this case.

IE. NWS is 100 percent illegal which means return the money.

I think Mnuchin already knows this too.

I am not sure what they will do with HERA of anything other than FHFA head is fireable at a will, but I could see them going full board here too, but probably not. IMO
