Because it's not who buys the ticker but the simple fact that the ticker sold and a RM happened. At that point, it goes from nothing more than a ticker symbol to an "ongoing concern" with real assets.

Personally, I'm not "buying" into the RM company. I'm buying something that I know Lazar will sell for a profit. I will exit soon after the RM. Maybe even before if the PPS hits my target prices. (Yes, I know, leaving money on the table ... but also avoids the risk of an RM AND 1:5000 RS.)
