To test my theory.. I have 1.5 million shares (bought at 0001) on a sell order at 0025, and a buy order for 50k at 0001 (which won't fill until the whale (who could be Frankie..) either gets his second billion 001s filled or withdraws that order). So, if my 50k order fills, I'll know that whale is ready to proceed with "his" planned pump. If my 1.5mil sell first, I'll know we've hit my predicted top and the first bump is close to ending.. all I have to do is wait..
