Its my belief Elite hasnt carpet bombed more hospitals for installations for the the following reasons
1. Their main market is NYC and its tough conducting business in that dump the past several months. Would love to see PCT diversify into other geo areas
2. I doubt they had the capital to purchase the parts and build generators/Annihilyzers. Perhaps with these new rotten loans they will have a few bucks left over to get rolling again with new installs.
The above reasons are also a component of my expectations for a disappointing Q4
