and you described the concern....

what price will the existing shareholders pay for this need to raise capital. Yes it has potential...yes it stated it had political support....yes it has a NY plant and is exploring in NH and has Mass approval for it's product. But, and the key word here is BUT if the need to continue the efforts without a promise of product intro until late 2007 depends on increase of shares to float it is obvious to me the pps will continue to decline and not make this stock attractive to even long term investors knowing the dilution can in many cases if product isn't around the corner lead to r/s to continue to business plan....

yes, but why squander so many (hundreds of millions) of the authorized shares on a forward split? I don't see liquidity as an issue.
