Ken Tapp is our Chief Executive Officer. LVC Consulting, LLC (“LVC”), of which Ken Tapp is the Managing Member owns 51.04% of our Common Stock outstanding on a Non-Dilutive basis (not including the conversion of Preferred Shares into Common or the Shares to be sold in this Offering) and owns 7.58% of our shares on a dilutive basis (based on the percent of total voting stock before the Offering, including the Preferred Share Conversion on a 1-for-3 conversion basis, i.e. for every 1 Preferred Share converted, the Preferred Share Holder will receive 3 Class A Common Shares). LVC owns 4.85% of our outstanding shares based on the total voting stock after the offering , including the Common Shares converted from the Preferred Shares. Ken Tapp is Social Life’s Chief Executive Officer and with other officers and directors owns 1.9% of Social Life’s outstanding shares.

WDLF is selling 20m common shares of MjLink via pre-IPO. We don't know what is the number of o/s of MjLink. If we knew, we can calculate what % they are selling. If 20m brings $50m, imagine, how much WDLF will get for selling whole thing. WDLF already getting $50m selling this share.

It's like I am selling 1m share at a $2./share out of my 5m shares in WDLF.

Soon WDLF will be not only in penny land, it may go much much higher ....

Do you know if there is a way to find out how many shares of the pre ipo have been sold to date?? I have 4000 shares and know a couple other that have a combined 20,000. Would be curious to know how close they are to there goal..I heard they are selling well but second hand info is always a question mark.
