I believe all of these things now are a foregone conclusion and the PPS will steadily rise in anticipation of those things happening! All the makings for a massive pre audit/uplist MEGA run, lol!! At least that's what I'm hoping!! With that said I intend on staying long on SIRC because I, like so many feel this is a retirement type stock that will only grow and grow! $1.00 here we come!!!
