The Guru of pot stocks paid $360,000 for 3million common shares, which, you can buy tomorrow morning for .002 if you’re lucky. If you can’t connect these simple facts, which are verified and posted in the SEC filings in the Ibox, then frankly, oh well someone else will.

A wholly owned subsidiary is a company whose common stock is 100% owned by another company, the parent company. Once MJLink goes public through their IPO, they will no longer be a wholly owned subsidiary of WDLF.


I see where MJlink is a wholly owned subsidiary of WDLF. But ... with WDLF already on the OTC market and talk of an IPO for MJlink, how does that work?
