The first Granted Custodianship motion form 10 had 8.2 billion non legit shares at Empire Transfer Agent

The 9/9/2020 Amended status update amended has a New Transfer Agent with 8.2 new billion shares

Since you don’t comprehend, these new.shares are to swap ALL Empire shares out in the float at that NV Court stamped time. Any shares after that had 30 days in the NV Court Proof of Claims

Empire didn’t have 8.2 billion shares trading

So Only the float trading Before 9/9 will be needed to be swapped.

Anything not in that Pre 9/9/2020 would need to show the court paperwork of these acknowledged fraud shares and why it deserves to be given worth, after already proven illicit

After December 11 Only shares on the float will swapped and the rest cancelled

8.2 shares added by a new TA is the court cover in case someone walks into court with proof of ownership
