Because I have intact uncanceled shares in my account from years ago as a CUSIP number when it happened to me.
Not to mention I know how bankruptcy and liquidation works. I also know how to read and understand the monitors reports and court docs
I am 100% sure current shareholders not part of the class action suit will never get anything for their safe uncanceled shares
