I think you’re not taking ally into account. PPS is at pre announcement price, only reason it spiked last time was LOI announcement. Drop back down to pre LOI price then spiked again after the dividend crap. Again dropped, why would it stay at elevated PPS without signed DA or the RM in place? It wouldn’t it would go back to baseline which would be pre LOI. IMO
The announcement was never a substantial reason to keep PPS elevated, that’s common sense, then add the extension by CLX not PASO which would send doubt just like we have and stock by design would be pre LOI cause why would PPS grow when there is doubt. Again it has no reason to be any place other than pre LOI PPS.
