Yep, Bruce endangers the LOI/DA... which tells us the LOI is likely not active anymore. He’s free to dirty up the shell now.

But maybe he has a better deal pending? We won’t know until he reveals the CLX LOI is void and at same time he announces new deal pending.

Those likey were disclosed to CLX and they are OK with them. The "Finding" has been when they have been paid off.
Having debt doesn't make a shell dirty.
