ok. Correct me if I am wrong. There's been a 1:3.3 reverse split for Hydrofarm IPO which leaves TRTC with 598K shares. The IPO is scheduled for Dec 9 2020 (Wednesday). At $14/share the TRTC position is worth about $9M. They invested $5M into the IPO which leaves them with a net of about $4M and they cannot sell until June 10 of 2021.
