Aren't you guys simply talking about "Factoring of Receivables" ???

The company drastically reduced their spend last qtr so i'm of the belief that the IP lending deal doesn't happen. Factoring of receivables will simply be a short term hit on their margins. As they grow and accumulate cash they will no longer need to go this route. JMHO
