I want the filings that’s the bottom line here.

If they ever get the filings released and they show good results then the sky is the limit here.

You should get that price within 10 days max. As per the company, all filings should be done and it will be current by 10th or maximum before 17th unless OTC causes any delay.

I am looking at $0.20-$0.30 minimum before the end of the month. They will be raising $20 million @ $0.20 per share from the existing shares without dilution. The financing is already guaranteed by Servebank Financial.

Once it goes current they will file 8K and then constant news flow. I plan to hold for the long haul unless something chnages.
