But it’s not going to stay at 20 million, or a ~$20 million market cap as you alluded. Usually in OTC reverse mergers the shareholders holding the shell get 5%, maybe 10% of the incoming company if they are lucky. TDS just did a large private placement, made a couple of acquisitions and have current TDS employees that will all get shares.

I’m stoked to see what the post merger SS will be and what their 2020 and 2021 sales are and will be in the filings when they finally come out.

I was thinking it would come in around 200M for OS after merger but I heard that the thinking was it would come in around 100M OS which would be great. We will have to see how it shakes out. Supposedly, TDS has increased their sales 4X since the pandemic. We will have to see what types of revenue numbers they have and if there are additional revenues with any acquisitions made. Should be interesting to say the least.
