I think $GOFF isn't ready for Custodianship Termination yet. Based on other Lazar's shells process, I think we're waiting for Require Proofs of Claim and/or Affidavit of Publication then Bar Claims / Unclaims before we see Custodianship Termination schedule. I think we'll see Custodianship Termination after a couple of months, imo.

With all said, I'm not sure if $GOFF is an exception, to go straight to Custodianship Termination without those previous steps.
