Slow O: I was aware, Gabriel moved forward under a similar name. Cresent Construction, Inc. however, remains active under NC SOS, with Devon as CEO/President (just as an observation...Devon's hands, believed to be, still legally tied).

Miros: Cautionary tale. Buyer beware. I believe this to be an extreme speculative play, but if averaging down is your main goal, a willingness to roll the dice, with cash to spare, may not be a bad play.

JRK: YES. No...Hell, Yes! Ripping the band-aid off (full-disclosure), this lawsuit (particularly, TCA's repeated predatory lending practices, makes me angry as hell!).
