Meaning grant the Sub Ch V status and so bypass the Dec 22nd hearing? I believe that's correct. We're GOLDEN in that case! We would still need the POR to be approved in January but that is a no brainer.

You do realize that DigitalTown is the one that needs to respond? The motion is to either dismiss chapter 11 or convert chapter 11 to 7, so DigitalTown is the one opposing it.
