It's legal for a marijuana company to be listed on the stock market, which is Federal...however it's not legal to sell or buy weed on a Federal level and it's not legal to use Federal banks for financial purposes. Makes a shit load of sense LOL
Marijuana is used as probable cause. Police want that and are fighting against legalization except for medicinal purposes.
