Their marketing firm is suing them for not paying them, their sales and marketing executives left.
They are millions of dollars in debt and have no viable financing capabilities, so all that debt will be converted and dumped on the bids driving it sub-penny again which will trigger another reverse stock split.
The only one still at the company is Collier and that is because he can't be removed unless he somehow gets COVID and croaks. Until that guy is gone this company is not fit for investment.
