Heavy volume without news doesn't always indicate the expansion of the O/S but this week of trade does lend itself to the thought. That O/S provided on the 3rd is thought to require an update by next week. Over 4B?
Lets hope not. Been time enough for RTON to inform the SHs. Past due actually. Apparent RTON is doing something, why not put it in writing?
