Sigma has never announced news on a Friday unless it was bad since I’ve been a holder. Don’t expect any positive news today.

IMO, When Mark R. mentioned a pending 10 bid on one of his talks (First. I just about fell out of my chair), I wasn’t sure why he did that. Then he purchased shares. If he had not made that public declaration and the bid came through, it would be close to, if not insider. My guess is that the 10 bid is the only near financial or material deal to be had, if any.
