I would add, they have made mistakes in the last 5 years, CEO admits he was dumb and is correcting past mistakes, he and the President are major shareholders. President just added according to a post here, but I have not verified. If you look at their IR website, they are 6 months behind plan this year in regards to audit completion and up-listing to QX...but getting very close. Very promising.
