For the most part you are correct, and well stated IMO. Most of the chatter here is from a number of people with multiple alias’s who have nothing better to do than act as experts, pumping this or that. Pretty easy to see how long one has been on ihub, and then you will notice the same commentary for multiple company’s. The articles of incorporation is all that anyone has to look at. Just because it’s Delaware means zip. But some here have jumping on the legal train for an extended period and been saying this and that. Jimmy and pals have controlling interest so no passage of any change unless they deem so. They have the votes period. But if you cut through all the red tape, there are law firms that specialize in stock fraud so to speak and they determine the risk / reward of pursuing a case based on their own review, and most importantly, how at the end they get paid. Filing a class action suit is expensive for not only shareholders but SGMD too. IMO a reputable law firm would turn their head because if for no other reason, SGMD has no real tangible assets. That’s a fact no matter how you try to spin it. Now if someone here is willing to put up roughly $100k as seed money to get nothing back but personal satisfaction, knock yourself out. I have repeatedly said Jimmy walks a fine line with his cohorts on being legal or not. He uses the correct language and leaves just enough room to exonerate himself. When it comes to the SEC, many have also stated they have contacted them, SGMD is going to shut them down, blah blah blah. It hasn’t happened or the SEC would be able to provide a case number, andthat would have become material event and filed. It’s called buyer beware, and if you didn’t get out in time, shame on you. You stayed because of greed and it didn’t work out your way. I agree SGMD will be long gone before any substantive would happen. And another reality, if Jimmy and cohorts felt legal pressure, they let SGMD die on the vine. And BudCars means zip. They become a non performing asset as no reason to spend a nickel on it. Jimmy and cohorts have made their money already, BudCars closes and reopens under a new flag.
