get PPS to $5, sell the 2.5MM shares for 12.5MM and pay off DGF and still have 7.5MM in the bank. LOL!!!

Deal — meaning buyout. I could see this happening. It’s not like Ziv taking 90 to nothing. He sent me two emails the day he started and many other emails following. Then just went silent after Aug. 2 with no reason. Especially with the MM coming within the next few months and MJ global legalization underway. I think a buyout is now a real possibility!

Maybe GW finally responded to my emails and called up Ziv for a nice offer?
