Can the proxy be changed to a max RS of 1:50 with a MUCH lower Unissued Authorized share structure?

When do you expect that someone near average of $0.07 will breakeven after a 1:300 RS?

Do you expect new investors to be concerned about dilution after the RS, when the Unissued AS will be between 972M and 999M?

Why is that needed? How it that good for me?

What level of dilution is expected for the offering?
