Yeah, that's more or less what I'm afraid of. I'd really like info from a non company source. So far nothing from the otc indicates that eliminating toxic debt is a requirement. They of course reserve the right to change requirements as they see fit, and I'm not exactly doubting it, but it would be nice to see something tangible. Thanks for the info anyway.
