Per Deleware the AUTHORIZED share count is 152M. Per FGFC in writing the AUTHORIZED share count is 142M. Major probably is correct that FGFC overissued the AUTHORIZED, which is illegal; even for pink stocks.

Does not seem FGFC has a contact; BOD, who knows. I hope whomever runs this thing goes down in flames. I am willing to help; but I did not lose $ here.
