Here is the best summary I have found on this board. EVERY bit of this can be confirmed by Nevada courts, just look it up. The only question is how many shares DL will cancel. After that we'll need to know who the RM target will be. Either way your holding a sub-penny that's current and backed by DL who's done over 60 of these. If we assume 800m, then our current MKT cap is $1mm. Look at Q-UTR, which is a recent DL RM, MKT cap $10mm, that's 10x from where we are now? Overall we have @ least 3 catalysts on the horizon that could send this parabolic. Playing Small ball makes most happy so then can run over to Twitter but Playing the LONG BALL can make you rich. Here's a recap: The CEO that lost this shell to Lazar illegally over-issued 8.27 shares to enrich his family. He's dead. Lazar took the AS up to 9B to cover any shares the family of the dead CEO might claim in court. Well, of course they didn't show and Lazar was granted the right to cancel those shares in 30 days 18 days ago. Those shares will be canceled and the shares Lazar issued will go back to the treasury. Also a control block will be issued that will be bought by RM candidate. This should put XMET at about 800M shares $XMET

Nobody needs to buy the shares that are going to be cancelled. Lazar is going to do that by court action. Also, the anticipation is that about 6 billion shares will be cancelled.
