There has been non-stop talk about the "big court date" from people on this board for years. Then it was about Hudnell being the savior and rain man that would slay the big tech companies. As you can see zero progress has been made, no judgments have been given to VPLM, and we hear nothing more than about more court dates which will result in nothing. Meanwhile the share price struggles to even get to .02 while some on this board predicted .15 a few weeks back and another his week .05 Don't hold your breath on either. NO ONE has yet to prove me wrong!!
Unless you know the judge personally, no one really knows when she will rule. My guess would be before the CMC date was scheduled for the 16th of December. IMHO it’s a very important ruling. We’re all in the same boat
