Welcome man lots of people on the board have been here for years. As far as AS Tony has been pretty serious about no dilution and they've cleaned up the SS quite a bit. Always a flag in OTC Pink land but this is one occasion I'm not too concerned.

the A/S probably isn't an issue, but I'm sure you judged the dilution for yourself when you read the filings.
