so like i said, the reinstatement is basically for the corporation registration... costs a couple of hundred dollars... and is TOTALLY MEANINGLESS !!!
if u check, they re-register the corporation every few years ... and again, if i recall, it was in delaware, even though their listed "headquarters" ( a private residence) is in florida - was john benvengo's house at one time
