BRTX--It was SPECIFICALLY DELINEATED IN THE POR, that they would not request a Reverse Split. If they were to attempt a R/S so soon after emerging from BK, they would need consent from the debt holders, or the whole thing could go back for breach, before Judge Grossman.
A reverse split should not be on the table at all.
