Personally I'm not concerned with the law in regards to this Co, CCIHY has reported audited fins IAW US GAAP since their 2010 inception (they're all on EDGAR).

Plus, for the Cos on the bubble I'd expect the MM to run them up before they flee anyway, it'll be fun.
