I would if I was them. Why not lower your cost average. They could pretty much own the company for what they already have in it. Here's the caveat though. If they plan on getting a zillion shares and doing a R/S just before or after and basically get what they want for free then no, they have no reason to purchase anything on the open market. My understanding was that it was expected that a billion shares would be issued in total by the time all is said and done. That is already occurring. A R/S would be for regulatory listing purposes. But don't think for a second that the major players don't expect to own the Lion's share of this thing for all of their hard work and risk taking. They have been through hell and back on this due to previous management. All that really matters in the end is will they produce a viable stem cell product(s)at some point. IF so, everybody makes bank.

Exactly..Auctus Owns more than 51% That I can Believe..and they are Buying at the Bid..IMO. I am holding much long here Folks! Not going to do anything crazy but I will flip for free shares when the time is right.Go BRTX!
