Ya, you never know when they might put something out. Don’t know how long the filings might take. Nphc filed a 8k back in 10/18 naming Rotenburg / Meril as their accounting firm of record. Now did they keep up with everything for the past two years or do they start from scratch? That could make a big difference in how much time it takes them to prepare for filing. Another question being, are current audited filings required for any resolution or settlement of the sec litigation? I would think so... Whatever is going on, with oversight of a federal judge and the sec, nphc is on the up and up... at least in my opinion! Lol
