I think you right on. Perfectly timed run-up to short and then the drop. I would think PPS will go up over $1.00 again soon after most of the pent-up plan selling is over.

The changes in the plan seem to only relate to those taking part in ZN dspp who choose not to transfer their shares into their own brokerage account for FREE, but rather choose to sell their directly out of the PLAN. Even with the reduction in fees, its still crazy for ZN dspp to sell from within the plan - its so easy to open a brokerage account...
