What are your thoughts on seeing a different CEO? With all against B it is likely he CAN NOT retain that status. He can own shares. Are we looking at a RM here or buyout?
The thought that HAON is anywhere close to an Audit to have a clean ticker is too farfetched to offer as a RM, likely a 'friend' has bought him out. How that would work is beyond my care to find out - just idle thought.
