I already knew about a number of those things (since yesterday), but those things are likely now already priced into the stock price. Further they will be old news when Q4 and fiscal year financials are officially announced next month.

I now know what PURA is (it is mentioned at https://investor.fce.com/press-releases/press-release-details/2018/FuelCell-Energy-Enters-into-Power-Purchase-Agreement-for-74-MW-Fuel-Cell-Project-in-Connecticuts-State-Capital/default.aspx ) but what is your source about what happened regarding it? Was there a mention of it in one of FCEL's filings in the past few days? If so, in which document and on what page?

Since about 6:15 PM ET today I have thinking that a PR will likely be issued by the end of next week about an upcoming request to increase the number of authorized shares. I thus agree with your comment about an "AS" but I see no need for a "RS" (reverse split). Regarding a request to increase the number of authorized shares, I made a few posts about that earlier today. You might find those posts interesting.

What got me thinking about a "request to increase the number of authorized shares" was me asking myself what is today's bearish looking stock chart (in my opinion) telling me; what possible future PR from FCEL could be so negative as to cause another big rapid drop in the stock price? After a few minutes of thinking about that it then occurred to me that the most likely contender would be a request to increase the number of authorized shares.
