No doubt it will get passed in the house, although to get passed in the Senate, Dems need to win both senate seats in Georgia Jan. 5. Dems took Georgia away from Trump, and IMO if he continues railing against Ga. politicians with unfounded conspiracy theories, he will lose the Senate, 50/50 with VP Harris holding a controlling vote.
