Their MM's want to load those ones first ,then they will let your friend buy it at a higher price. Tell him to get Etrade. Need to have two accounts. All my opinion. I tried to get some last week with TD couldn't get it so I just added with my Etrade account. Would love to ask TD why they can't fill an order on this but don't feel like sitting on the phone all day waiting to ask someone. Scottrade use to pull the same crap. No problems with Etrad.
